Matt Lehn, CEO

Matt Lehn, MBA is the chief executive officer of TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital. He oversees the hospital’s operational and strategic direction, while providing leadership to the executive team, managers and medical staff. Additionally, Matt ensures regulatory and compliance approvals with The Joint Commission, State Department of Health and other agencies.

Prior to joining the hospital in July 2019, he was the chief operating officer with Lutheran Health Network in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In that capacity, he led network strategies, including development and implementation of a freestanding emergency department, construction of a 30,000 square foot multidisciplinary outpatient center and numerous capital construction projects. In addition, Matt was oversaw several services lines, including urgent care and occupational medicine, as well as administrative management of pulmonary critical care. He also provided leadership and strategic direction for the operations of a 79-bed acute care hospital, Bluffton Regional Medical Center.

Matt earned a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University and bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Ball State University.
